Global Design Project - CASEing Kylie Bertucci

#GDP076
I love it when we get to CASE team designers on the Global Design Project for 'CASE the Designer' challenge. This week we are getting our inspiration from my beautiful friend Kylie Bertucci.

The definition of CASE: Copy And Share Everything
Put simply, we get our inspiration from a particular project or creation. For this challenge we can use ANY element. You might be inspired by the colours, the stamp set or the card layout.

I took my inspiration from Kylie's layout and also the flower panel. The flowers are from the So in Love stamp set and I heat embossed them with white embossing powder and watercoloured with ink from the Melon Mambo ink pad and an Aqua Painter. I kept the rest of the card simple and resisted the urge to add bling and ribbon!
I have used the 'Everyone needs a friend like you' stamp from the Suite Sentiments set on a couple of cards now because it's such a sweet saying and I also really like the lovely curly font. It fits perfecting in the oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits and I have no doubt I'll be using it again!

Now head over to the Global Design Project and see what the amazing Design Team have in store for you this week.

If you live in Australia I would love to be your Demonstrator. You can press on the supply list below to be taken to my online shop and purchase any of the items I have used today:
