Monday Mojo 244 - So Grateful

Monday Mojo 244

As you might all know by now - Mojo Moday is a card challenge I am (attempting) to participate in every week.....unfortunately sometimes life just gets in the way! (Or a Stampin' Up! Convention - insert smiley face!)

This card was also made with all the amazing ladies in mind that I had the oppotunity to meet over the weekend at the Stampin' Up! Convention. I am so grateful. Thank you girls ...you know who you are!

I only just missed the last Mojo, but wanted to get this one done before I venture off again on a another trip away! I don't actually go away all that often, but this month seems to have me away from my craft room a lot!

Enough chitter-chatter...this weeks Mojo Sketch Below:

 This is my Mojo:

Inside:

Stamp Set: Apothecary Art from the new Mini Catalogue
Accessories: Framelits from the Mini Catalogue, Stampin' Markers, Pearls, Crochet Ribbon, Seam Binding Ribbon, White Twine, DPS Twitterpatted Paper
Colour Combination: Whisper White, Blushing Bride

With the ribbon at the top - I learnt a little tip from Beth Stewart at the Convention. The idea is to use bits of scrap ribbon together to create a bit of what I would probably call a shabby chic look - I think it's actually quite effective and you might see me using this idea a little bit! Thanks Beth!

Thanks for stopping by - Love your comments!

  6. Oh Louise: This is just SO precious and sweet. You have such an elegant, sweet style. I love how you made the sketch your own, and put such an elegant and divinely sweet spin on it. I'm smitten with your lovely art!
I would like to invite you to play along at Word Art Wednesday. We're having a double prize challenge this week, and would really enjoy having you play along and share some of your beautiful art with us. Our challenges are small, good chances of winning the ramdom draw. We welcome new faces, and love to see the art you make. Please check us out and play along with us!
