INKspired Blog Hop & Sentimental Sunday

Hello! Welcome to another INKspired blog hop where every second Sunday we dazzle you with creations from our team. You may have just hopped here from my amazing bestfriend, Kabrina.

Each challenge is a sketch designed by Teneale and I love this one!

How can you seriously not adore this stamp set, You're Sublime?! I stamped it on Watercolor Paper using Black Stazon and colored with Stampin' Write Markers and a Blender Pen.

If you are new to my blog 'Sentimental Sunday' is something I created for my blog and it's the day of the week I like to recognise someone special in my life. My card is actually for our upline Teneale, who puts in so much effort organising the blog hops every fortnight. All the sketches are designed and digitally created by Teneale and I am sure I speak for all of us when I say we are so grateful for her hardwork and inspiration. Thanks so much for all you do Teneale.

Next on the hop is my gorgeous, talented friend Marlene who is also celebrating her 100th post...make sure you congratulate her!

Thanks for hopping by,

24 July 2015

This week the challenge over at Just Add Ink is 'Butterflies' and I am in awe of the  the Design Team this week and their absolute fabulousness!

I really wanted to use my new Fluttering Embossing Folder as I just adore it!

I know I say the word 'love' a.lot.....what can I say, I'm a 'love' hussy! Hahaha. Don't judge me!!! In all seriousness...there are some things I really do 'love' and when I am talking about things from the Stampin' Up! Catalogue ....there is always so many things I 'love'!

In my 'love' collection there's a stamp set called Remembering Your Birthday and if you follow by blog you know I have used the 'Happy Birthday' from this set quite a few times! Another 'love' on this card is the new English Garden Designer Series Paper....swoon.

You may need to just get over my 'love' addiction because I have no doubt I will be using it again when the next Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalogue Launches next month....so excited. Stay tuned, that's all I'm sayin'....I'm sure you will drop a 'love' or two for a few things also!

Tons of 'love'
wink!

Grand Vacation Achievers Blog Hop

23 July 2015

Welcome to our Grand Vacation Achievers Blog Hop. Our previous blog hops included those who achieved the Hawaii Grand Vacation. I am so excited because this hop now includes worldwide achievers who have earned Hawaii, Madeira and Mediterranean.

Please make sure you 'hop' to the next person after me and view all the amazing work from top demonstrators from around the world.

Theme: Colour Me New - use two colours from the new 2015-2017 In-Color range.
The two colours I chose were Mint Macaron and Tip Top Taupe. I also added Pink Pirouette.

I thought these colours worked really well for a wedding themed card.

Have you ever used the Envelope Liners Framelits? I LOVE these!! So quick and easy to create a beautiful envelope. I used the polka-dot paper from the In-Color Paper Stack.

Below is a list of all the items I used. If you reside in Australia you can click and any item and shop from my online shop.

Made With Love Baby!

The Paper Players 253

I have a few close friends who are expecting bubba's this year and I will admit that I cannot wait to be holding them. Those tiny little feet and delicate fingers, big eyes, flawless skin and there really is no better smell in the world than that of a sweet brand new baby!

Over at The Paper Players this week they have a colour challenge and I thought the colours would be great for a baby card. I was also inspired by Teneale Williams who made the most adorable baby card using the same stamp set this week for our INKspired Blog Hop.

I used the new stamp set Made With Love on page 37 of the Annual Catalogue.

And of course I had to make a matching one in pink!

They do make the most adorable matching pair, don't you think?!

And before you ask... No! I promise I'm not getting clucky (as I ever so softly encourage my two to do their homework!) but I am always excited to have a baby to hold.

Thanks for stopping by,

You can shop for any of the items I have used by pressing any of the images below.

INKspired Blog Hop - Best Thoughts

12 July 2015

INKspired Blog Hop & Sentimental Sunday

Welcome to our 20th....yes 20th blog hop! You may have just hopped here from the amazingly talented and beautiful Lissa.

If you have started here please hop all the way around to see all our creations and leave a comment. If you do, you could go in the draw to with some blog hopping candy! Teneale is kindly giving away a stamp set to one lucky follower who hops all the way around and comments too.

Our blog hop is held every other Sunday, with sketches created by Teneale.

Sentimental Sunday is something I created for my blog and it's the day of the week I like to recognise someone special in my life. Last week I used this stamp set, Best Thoughts and I really wanted to use it again for the beautiful hydrangea and the sentiment "the best is yet to come".

I made this card for my Mum who has recently retired. It's always a bit daunting to move forward and close one door, not knowing what opportunities are behind the next one, however I know for Mum that the best really is yet to come and I'm sure that next chapter will be the beginning of a new and exciting adventure!

Next on the hop is Marlene with an inspiring birthday card I'm sure you'll love!

Thanks for stopping by...remember to hop all the way around and leave a comment.

Best Thoughts - Sentimental Sunday

Freshly Made Sketches 193

Sentimental Sunday is something I created for my blog and it's the day of the week I like to recognise someone special in my life.

The "you're in my thoughts" sentiment from the Best Thoughts Stampin' Up! Hostess stamp collection doesn't have to be sombre does it? It could literally mean that you are in fact 'in my thoughts'. And this person is often in my thoughts....my dear friend Shannean.

Shannean...aka Shanni, and I met at my very first Stampin' Up! Convention in Canberra in 2012 and has not only been an amazing friend, but also a huge support to me in my business and personal life.
Even though Shanni lives over 2,500km away in beautiful Cairns, we connect frequently and enjoy each others friendship.

I also made this card for the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge this week.

This is a photo of my gorgeous friend Shannean and I at the Stampin' Up! Convention this year on the Gold Coast.

You're always in my thoughts Shanni, thanks for being an awesome friend. Actually thanks for being more like a sister! Love ya guts.

Thanks for stopping by,
