Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop

02 June 2017

Welcome to the Artisan Design Team Blog Hop. You may have just arrived here from my lovely friend Kimberly VanDiepen from the US - she is so amazing!

The new stamp set Colorful Seasons on page 147 is gorgeous and with so many beautiful stamps and sentiments one would think that I could get myself creating - but no! I just starred at it for ages! I really wanted to highlight the new In Color - Berry Burst because even though Powder Pink is definitely my favourite new In Color, I would have to say that Berry Burst is a close second! So that's where I started and the card came together from there.....

I stamped the sentiment in Berry Burst and the flowers with Power Pink, Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide. When I first saw these colours I was sceptical at if they would go together - however there really was no need to be - Stampin' Up! always know what they are doing with colours! All the colours compliment each other beautifully and I'm looking forward to creating with them more.

Next on the hop is my talented friend Maike Ulbrich from Germany. I know you will love her project today!
