Be Inspired Blog Hop - Sending Love

23 February 2017

Welcome to the Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop. We have a mixture of amazingly talented Stampin' Up! papercrafters from around the world and every two weeks we will showcase our work with the intention for you to 'Be Inspired' and I have no doubt the team will do just that!

You may have just arrived here from my beautiful friend Sarah Berry from the UK. If you are starting here please make sure you hit the next button at the bottom of this post and hop all the way around.

The theme for this hop is 'Sending Love'. It's only the theme name and we don't have to use products from that particular product suite. I couldn't help myself and made this super adorable board of sweet baby love notes using the envelope die from the Love Notes Framelits and the paper from the Sending Love DSP stack. The idea was to have it ready for Valentine's Day, but it wasn't quite finished. It's ok to share love notes anytime of year though right? YES, yes it is!
Time to get all smoochy and gooey! Inside each little envelope is a tiny love note reminding my amazing husband the small things (that are actually the big things) I love that he does. After 16 years together I often forget and possibly take for granted all those little things that still make my heart skip a beat. Things like he will always hold my hand when we are out, he tells me everyday that he loves me, he kisses my head before he leaves for work, he continues support this crazy crafting adventure....I really am a lucky girl (and he's a lucky man too!) and even though there's days when it's not always smooth sailing, this little craft project made me feel even more blessed to have this fabulous human in my life. Maybe you could do something like this for your 'better half' or even a close friend, child or family member.

Next up for you to 'Be Inspired' by is my beautiful, loving and brilliant friend Brian King from the US. His card is so fun and I love the way he used the new Sending Love Glassine Sheets...hop on over and check it out!
