Global Design Project - Colour Challenge

07 November 2016

I arrived home last night from the most amazing Stampin' Up! Onstage Live event which was held in Brisbane over the past few days. WOW! There's so many exciting new things in store for the next few months with the upcoming Occasions and Sale-A-Brations catalogues just around the corner.

For now, we have an awesome colour challenge over at Global Design Project that we know you'll love!
I used the Happy Ornament stamp from the Holiday Catalogue. I watercoloured it using the Sweet Sugar Plum and Emerald Envy, leaving the majority of the center white to give a 3D illusion effect.

The hook is fussy cut and not for the faint-hearted! I had to attempt this twice, but it just had to be raised off the card. A little tip if you are going to attempt to fussy cut this, is to cut the inside of the hook first before cutting the rest, it will make it a little easier.

Below is a very quick video highlighting a couple of quick tips for this card.

Now to head over to the Global Design Project and be inspired for the week ahead with this great colour challenge.
